A welcoming and safe environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies (No Pet and Animal Policy / Pet Policy / Animal Policy) we require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. A overview of our Pet Policies can be found at the bottom of this page. Please find the category below that best describes you to get started
If you do not plan to bring any pets or animals into your rental unit, no additional screening or information is required. Please complete the rental application found at MMRAmanagement.com.
This is a required application process for anyone that owns a household pet. This includes dogs and cats.
This is a required review process for anyone with a non-obvious disability and disability-related need for an assistance animal. This process provides a HIPAA compliant and secure way of submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal (service animals, emotional support animals, companion animals, etc.) that will be reviewed by a third-party legal review team to ensure the accommodation request meets HUD’s Fair Housing Act guidelines. There is no cost ($0) to you to submit an accommodation request. (Fraudulent accommodation requests are a violation of the law)
MMRA Real Estate Management is happy to accomodate pets in select rental units. Please refer to the listing page of the unit you are interested in for these policies. In the event that a pet is allowed to occupy one of our rental units, a $200.00 per pet non-refundable fee is collected prior to occupancy. A dog under the weight limit of 30 lbs. is considered a "small dog" and no dog over the weght limit of 75 lbs is authorized to reside in our rental units. Please see our website or the addenda and documents section of this page for a list of restricted breeds.
